Those bonuses portend future revenues. The only reason the board would have granted them.
Really???? Gosh, you haven’t been around the world of publicly traded companies for long, have you? Unearned and unwarranted “bonus,” are not all that unusual. Just check New York and Delaware’s derivative suit docket. To assume that these objectively absurd bonuses were ok’d by the board BECAUSE they were based on some bankable future revenue is nothing but pure fantasy. I’m not saying that ML and JM didn’t feel that they “deserved” the bonuses, but I’m very confident that those bonuses were based on nothing more than the “organic” uplisting to NASDAQ. Which, arguably, they were responsible for based on the baseless hyperbole they were vomiting out on a regular basis. But don’t for a minute assume that the Board has acted commendably where salaries and bonuses are concerned.
