"Shell" means it IS a shell

"Shell Risk" means it "displays characteristics similar to a shell"

They are two different designations. Once everything is finalized with FINRA and fins are posted for Q1 I assume the Shell Risk drops off also.

The supplement filing they did for the shell status removal is on the otc website. The description is different for shell risk than it is for a shell company.

OTC website states:The Shell Risk designation indicates a company displays characteristics common to Shell Companies....Now You Know.

So the shell risk badge is there now until ????? Don't have the answer for that yet.
