The supplement filing they did for the shell status removal is on the otc website. The description is different for shell risk than it is for a shell company.
OTC website states:The Shell Risk designation indicates a company displays characteristics common to Shell Companies....Now You Know.
So the shell risk badge is there now until ????? Don't have the answer for that yet.
