My take is that we will have no "shareholder value" till 2027. Nothing in the ground till 2024. Let's call that mid 2024. Then it has to be tested. Lets call that beginning of 2025. Then you have to put enough of them in play to actually have some worth, that puts you out to 2026 and frankly more like 2027.

I will be 68. Sixty eight. the big 6 8. I feel like the moron my wife told me I was 15 years ago.
