FeMike, I can agree on that, CDEL is not the blame, however, their prints are all over NWBO and take full advantage when they can, they certainly manipulate when and whenever they can to control price levels. It's obvious when they stick up a 1000 on the ask.

They can control the action at this type of Volume all day long, plays right into their wheel house.

CDEL is absolutely, 100%, without possibility for review, not the reason the stock is trading at $0.60.

Sure. Maybe in an alternate universe where 5+ years of illegal share price manipulation didn't happen.
