I would love think that is what they are doing but two things.
1) We really have no idea because they don’t tell us really anything about what is happening at SANAN… how many are produced per day? Are we ready for mass production? Is all the equipment really there? Why has SANAN not taken over control of their share of SPX by investing the dollars to gain that control?
2) In the manufacturing world who in their right mind builds products to sit on the shelf. You get a PO and produce the desired quantity. Anything else seems like drawing at straws and hoping. Such a brutal strategy.
At this point a lot more clarity on what is actually occurring would be nice.
Also, where are these 800G modules going to be made. If it is SANAN then that agreement needs to be amended. And if it is not I certainly they get moving or we will be waiting on tooling up a new facility and who knows how long that may take.
