With less than 10% of the float trading the run up this is laughable... Yes some took some chips off the table and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Being a low float stock there is not enough liquidity to facilitate the kind of pps exits some would like.
I don't see any P&D here... TSL@ is down 60% on the year is that a P&D as well?
