The Total was 75,000,000
Total outstanding was showing 63,464,319
But wasn't an over issuance due to the Jun 10, 2019 Cancellation 149,047 "Escheatment"
And the mess was cleaned up on 03/07/2023
Still an empty box, but cleaner than it was a couple days ago, if you want to call it that.
