Great point, some of the smaller MM's could be wise to settle for perhaps tens of millions and not be part of what could be a multi-billion dollar settlement which could cost them hundreds of millions later.
We have a top flight litigator, I believe that she'll be willing to work with anyone who'd rather settle than risk what a jury may do, provided that they're willing to come in with numbers she's comfortable with.
