Nice day today in DC today is well! Finally Spring!

Not making light of criminal behavior, just showing how difficult these cases are to prosecute.

For those following my narrative, NWBO is better taking a settlement now just as a function of utility, rather than dragging this out over years with a weak chance of both a favorable verdict and the award of sufficient damages to make it worthwhile.

Really, who really cares to wait two to four years for a trial?
