How does a ghost (shell?) with no history (WMIH Corp WMIH) pop up, buyout and survive our old reorganized WMI (WMIHC) seemingly out of thin air? Without conflict….just up and done.
Reorg’d WMI had to have merged with another version of itself outside of the BK (WMIH Corp as originally incorporated). It’s the only logical thing that makes sense with the limited info I can find.
