Wow, and just cuz it's not illegal doesn't mean a thing o.k., ethical, moral, right, etc.. you know.
As I'm sure you know. And, the pattern here is so confusing that a good lawyer could make an argument that it is wrong and against the spirit of the law.
Nevertheless, we won't be making those arguments cuz as soon as we see the money our investigation is over,(? ;) ). In the meantime it's all schooling apparently.
