The only reference I have ever found and it is not in front of me at the moment. I read in the self-regulating entity paperwork that OTCM had some latitude on the rules. I would assume by the actual rule that if the approval occurred on the date it was trading under .01, the 30 day would reset and start over from there. But I agree, it is very vague. Almost purposely so.
