It doesn't matter what you think it warrants. After countless authoritative posts stating that EVLI would go into expert for over a year, it has not gone to expert market, yet all you do is double down without acknowledging the simple fact that for a whole year, your statements have been proven to be false.
In fact, we all agreed on that point at the time except for the silly claim that an open court case would prevent EVLI from going to the EM.
The only ones who agreed to that point were the ones who have repeatedly made false statements and have been proven wrong about EVLI going to expert market.
And as far as the "silly claim that an open court case would prevent EVLI from going to the EM."
Concerning delisting of EVLI on OTC Markets - Frank Gilmore, Sharp's lawyer in Sharp's EVLI custodianship court case states:
Video time mark 39:50
Nancy Rodriguez being one of the compliance officers at OTC Markets is explaining here that there has been an application made by Mr. Sharp but the application is pending review because otc markets is not in a position to be able to finalize the review of this application while there is a control dispute pending...that has put otc markets in a position where they cannot refuse nor approve the apication, it will be effectively in a holding pattern until there is some resolution of the control dispute of Everlert.
So it's not a silly claim. It's testimony given in court by Sharp's lawyer. Again proving that what you repeatedly said for over a year was false.
And now that the court case has been disposed for several months now, and EVLI has not gone to expert market before or after the court case, it just proves that two of your contentions which you repeatedly stated for over a year, have been provrn false.
EVLI continues to trade since it is not in expert market and that the court case did in fact prevent EVLI from going to expert market.
So there is the proof that EVLI was indeed not allowed to go into expert markey because Sharp's custodianship court case hadn't concluded. . And contradicting over a year of repetitive posts predicting expert market for EVLI. It keeps trading and never went to expert market, proving me right.
