Parsing through the Bill of Lading Data, you can see detail for Synergy's last 15 incoming shipments. The most recent seven were from Boehringer on 2022/11/26, the next six from Boehringer on 2022/11/16, #14 from Virchow on 2022/06/22, and #15 from Boehringer on 2021/11/29.
Here's the seven items, with rupee AMOUNTS, for the 2022/11/26 shipment from Boehringer:
If those are Nepalese rupees, that's $386.62 USD If those are Indian rupees, that's $616.86 in USD
Without paying a fee, I can only see the number of units for the first item, Jardiance 90/25mg (144 units), but I think we get the idea.
This shipping site is a snapshot of the entire last year of Synergy business. Synergy was hanging on by a thread. They made BIEL look like Titans of Industry.
I assume you've figured out that those weren't CARTONS. They were UNITS.
144 units for the Jardiance 90/25mg order... 12x12. A gross. 144 BOTTLES of Jardience. for $98 USD (assuming Indian rupees).
It's time to stop pretending that Synergy was anything but a tiny company buying small shipments from various manufacturers. They never had a "Boehringer Division." They never had an "Abbott Division." They were pretenders.
On their bar chart, the default is "Number of Transactions." click "Quantity." The line with the dots represents Quantity. They had two months of shipments in 2022.
* in November 2022, the Quantity was 2,179. * In June 2022, the Quantity was 4,900.
The June qty of 4,900 was one order, from Virchow Health Care Pvt Ltd, on 2022/06/22
The November qty of 2,179 was from multiple Boehringer orders on two different dates: 2022/11/16 and 2022/11/26
The chart below the graph verifies this total 2022 qty of 7079:
I'm probably wrong about the Amounts being rupees. I just sent an email to 52wmb to find out. Let's go with the Best Case Scenario and assume they're USD (or Euros), which means Synergy ordered $51,153 worth of product from Boehringer in 2022 and $22,640 from Virchow.
That's $74,000 total in all of 2022.
I think my point is still valid: Synergy might have been "affiliated" with Boehringer, Abbott, Mylan, and Sun Pharma, and yes those are billion-dollar companies, but Synergy is not a billion-dollar company. Synergy is a small distributor. Furthermore, Synergy didn't buy anything from any of these industry giants in the past year except Boehringer, and that YTD total was, at best, $52,000. Paying $10 million to BIEL over 18 months would be uncharacteristic of Synergy, and that is being generous.
For those who are wondering WHY do this DD..... this stems from the following assertion:
Great News, as a private company Synergy has been difficult to get much information on. Recruiting documents have been located showing Synergy is affiliated with major drug companies:
Abbott Laboratories - $42 billion revenue, operations in 160 countries Mylan (now Viatris) - $4 billion+ in quarterly revenue, operations in 165 countries Virchow Group - $600 million revenue, distribution in 13 countries Boehringer-Ingelheim - $17 billion revenue, 52,000 employees in 130 markets Schiller Group - Global cardiopulmonary diagnostic company
Synergy Corporation is real despite what some trolls would like us to think.
Synergy's association with BioElectronics is going to disappoint the very few investors who fell for this over-hyped nonsense. The real topic should be how KT~Wave is selling, BioElectronics only real main source of sales.
There is zero reasons to be bullish about BioElectronics, NONE!
