Arbitration with Amarex only includes athe $16 million CYDY owes for services As far as I’m aware, there isn’t a separate lawsuit that would net a settlement. CYDY’s best outcome is that the owe zero of the $16 million.

IMO, funding via private placements is the only option for the immediate future. No legitimate partner is going to step in with funds while CYDY has $100 million in past due debt on the books. No chance.

I agree with you on all points except removal of hold in couple of weeks .
And I hope that I am wrong !!!

I really , really hoped for end of February ,
Look this will not happen ,
I am sure you know that each time CYDY send all the papers to FDA , and they will have a little question to us , and why not to have it if one want to delay , it takes another up to 30 calendar days for FDA to legally respond to us..

I also learned during this pandemic that FDA only is working hard to approve these toxic drugs with low efficacy from BP , like remdesivir , it took FDA all 2-3 days after Dr Fauci asked them to give EUA ,
but not a wonderful , safe drug with high efficacy , from small biotech like leronlimab
Then they evaluating each subgroup of dying people if it is important enough to look at them ,,,hmmm

So I figure it will take them at least 2-3 rounds of questions and answers before approval ,
So possibly end of March or April , or if BP tell them , maybe later ..

And for the short to come and make a comment ..
" next year CytoDyn will not be existing " .. I may only think of one reason for this to happen , a BO ..

Pure fiction. The arbitration is to decide how much money Cytodyn will owe Amarex for services performed. Litigation was deemed futile by Cytodyn and shelved. NASH is already DOA and the company, as usual, couldn't even manage to run proper trials. This company is effectively a shell company that is operating right now with no purpose other than to pay management a salary. Once Welch and Fife get their money paid back bankruptcy will be declared.
