Arbitration with Amarex only includes athe $16 million CYDY owes for services As far as I’m aware, there isn’t a separate lawsuit that would net a settlement. CYDY’s best outcome is that the owe zero of the $16 million.

IMO, funding via private placements is the only option for the immediate future. No legitimate partner is going to step in with funds while CYDY has $100 million in past due debt on the books. No chance.
