100% the mgmt is the reason for delay in having no BLA submission still after 31 months from data lock. It took an outrageous 18 months just to readout the top line. And still 9 months from top line we still do not have any submission. You cant make this up. And here we have bulls saying this is normal and a bear narrative. Give me a break.
