NWBO is in regular contact with the MHRA, especially if they are in ILAP or going through a rolling review. I'm sure they know exactly what is required more than any anonymous NWBO social media 'expert' speculating on the situation with little actual knowledge of the process or where NWBO is at in said process.
I still believe the reason they are delayed in the MIA process is that they are going for Flaskworks approval out of the gate. Since that adds time and impacts the submission of the MA, they chose to make it dependent, since it sorta is already.
