It is possible - however, I have been told multiple times by the company in no uncertain terms that they consider filing of the MAA (not acceptance, actual submittal) to be material and would PR it.
That being said, the company blatantly lies about plenty of other things (see: LP stating that the MIA is a prereq for filing the MAA) so there is no reason to trust that they actually mean what they say.
