Where does it show dosed (high) with zero concentration on those charts? It doesn't, because those charts are NOT dose-concentration plots; they are concentration/dose-response charts. What IS implied by those charts is that Dose and Concentration are interchangeable (i.e. directly correlated).
You are really struggling with this. Confirmation bias at it's worst.
