NSI was shown on the "financials" for about two years and The Clownshow only fessed up when ROGEN pressed them and then they said "Oh, that NSI deal never happened." even though the financials showed that it did and that stock shares were ISSUED to buy NSI and The Clownshow PR'ed that the acquisition had "CLOSED" ..
Mebbe some shareholder-victims will raise this scammy "accounting" prollem at the next annual shareholder-victims meeting. BTW, any idea where and when that will be held this year? Any year? Ever?
