STS - Please check my prior posts and you will then be able to understand the difference between 13F and 13D reporting. 13F can cover only a subset of positions held by an investment manager that is required to report investment holdings. I urge you to understand the SEC reporting rules (under the 1934 Act) before you unwittingly spread misinformation.
