Of course not. Clay Trader is a big time shorter; he admits it in his blog posts. Do you need a link for that? I can provide the link if you need proof Clay loves shorting stocks and believes it should be something in every trader's arsenal

Naked shorts are not the same as regular short positions, just in case anybody isn't clear on that. Naked shorts are a different bread and 100% illegal
