Reminder: San Diego County Assessor records list a 6/27/2022 Deed of Trust from OPTEC International Inc. (grantor) to “Bistro 7” (grantee).

“Bistro 7” has apparently been closed since October 2022. (Based on the last reviews I’ve seen on any website. Bistro 7 website said last fall it would be closed 11/2022 for renovations, but it’s still closed.)

Now, USARestaurants.info says says “Bistro 7” is “permanently closed”. That’s not an official verdict, but it gets consumer feedback and posts online reviews.

Loopnet has listed the building for lease in the past (prior to the Pawson venture), but I don’t see it listed there now, or on other commercial leasing sites.

Here’s what I found re: probable ownership… I don’t know of any connection to Pawson:
