Thanks Soj, that wasn't the issue but I am aware of that. I was forced to switch my shares from my TFSA to my Margin last year.

The problem today seemed to be that the exchange no longer accepts GTEM order during the day (even though that's what I had been using until now).

All sorted now, the buying shall commence.
