Eddie filed a ''notice of non suit'' against Barry and the Texas AG that ''immediately dismissed'' his lawsuit ''without prejudice''?? Does that mean he can't come back later and try again? Can Barry and the AG sue to recover any losses they incurred? Not that there's a snowballs chance of collecting.
