AND REMEMBER they risked their lively hoods, their businesses, their licenses, AND THEIR FREEDOM taking a chance to get all of the P's and K's they could get their collective hands on..
NO SIR they are NOT TUPID and did this for a reason and imho the reason is simple
The P's and K's will get their 75% due them and as well the commons will get their 25% due to them. And so far I have yet to see ANYONE put up links that specify anything to indicate it is NOT FOR ALL DISTRIBUTIONS TO BE MADE.
One would think that if IF IFIN there were some sort of maximum allowed to be paid to either , THE 8K and PR imho would have stated, that the 75% is only up to X !!!
Remember the APR was dropped and done away with here, in short MEANING THERE ARE NO CAPS as to what the P's or K's can receive ALL it ever stated was they get 75% and COMMON get 25%, but never once have any produce anything to indicate that the 75% is LIMITED IN ANY WAY form or fashion...................Same goes for the commons 25% all it said was 75/35 for ALL DISTRIBUTIONS> ALL ALL ALL
Again if if if a common gets say $68 or $128, can anyone here tell me they with what they have invested here, didn't just. HIT THE BIGGEST HOME RUN of their investing career.
Heck even pre'd will have hit a good one out of the park, now those that were in at 47$ like a bud of mine OK so its a TRIPLE and I doubt he will turn it down or refuse to take it....................
