Any that spent as much money as they have to INCREASE their % they would get in prefrds and to keep their preferds and risk what they did to acquire as many as they could, DIDN'T DO THIS FOR NADDA
NOW one also has to know the 75/25 WAS A COURT ORDERED NEGOTIATION to allow ALL TO PLAY, so nobody sand guru or not can CONvince me they negotiated away their rights to receive the BULK(75%) of what is left and any that THUNKS they did, NEEDS TO RE THUNK that IDEA imho, SINCE they were IN A 100% ABSOLUTE PRIORITY POSITION TO START WITH.
So they gave up 25%, but imho not the WHOLE ENCHILADA as some have suggest where commons get the BULK OF THE ESTATE after some MYTHICAL X dollar value is met for prefreds
