I invested in Himax Technologies some years ago. Himax had a technology that was so promising and had so much potential to deliver 3-D imaging, that QUALCOMM invested in Himax to develop it.

It is not unusual for large companies to invest in smaller companies to get it’s technology to move forward that could benefit the larger company.

This could and maybe should be part of the conversation.
