I have entered a custom 3-leg order again:

Leg 1; Sell my entire holding of 132 calls
Leg 2: Buy calls at 145.
Leg 3: Buy puts at 141.

The market maker was offering $2.50 for this trade yesterday. I am starting out at a credit of $5 per share. I will re-evaluate the strike prices and my requested credit as trading starts and based on your comments.
