I don't agree with your assessment of Karim, he has to go as well. It was Karim's idea to hire PWO, so, he's ultimately to blame since he's the driver of the bus.

Loss of and non-performance of EU market, especially Germany, where Karim boasted that it was in the bag? Very poor showing. He's had 18 months with Nothing to show....NADA! There's other things I'm sure we could nit-pick.
