They are tiny, obscure, and the study is old. They are women, one a minority woman, and they seem not to have broken through the cheer squad level of coverage.

Ah, it is the evil male society not allowing women to succeed. That is probably why ARC never decided to invest in NWBO even though they have no restrictions on OTC stocks.
