NWBO TLD announcement had NO positive share price response. Seems the investor community is not buying the results.

Now NWBO has authorization to dilute the hell out of shareholders with 500,000 more shares. The need the cash to pay $45 million in debt for the Sawston long term debt for the CEO controlled vendor.
