I do. I understand how to read an electric bill. I spent 2 years helping National Grid U.S.A. prepare for their jurisdiction rate cases. I understand how energy efficiency programs and rate add backs and rate deductions work.

You apparently do not.

In 2019 over $8.4 Billion dollars was spent by utilities (ultimately passed back to the customers) through energy efficiency initiatives.
