Yes, I do understand how a utility works. Intimately. I also understand power transmission, distribution, generation, power factor, watts, VARs, Volt-amps, etc., intimately. I understand efficiency programs, too. A few more than 2 years, as well.

PAS is a scam as I've described. I didn't learn why it's a scam from that video, that's just a simple demonstration that explains why it's a scam in reasonably simple terms, targeted at folks who don't understand electricity and might fall for the scam.

When I meet someone new I explain there are three things they need to know about me. I don’t discuss politics, religion or college football. I have learned no one wants to hear a different opinion than what they already think. I think you are spending time and energy to no avail. I am being educated but I have been all in (VTXB) for years. I believe in Bob as j have spoken with him many, many times. We agreed to meet in Florida when this mess was finally resolved. GEAUX BOB!
