Exactly. That’s why I believe PUMAs action is somehow connected to ENZC either directly or indirectly.
Also, I don’t know this for sure, but I would think that anyone with inside knowledge (undisclosed partner, someone part of NDA, etc…) would have to follow similar requirements. I doubt they could learn inside/undisclosed info and then turn around and buy up everything based on that inside knowledge.
