Walter, listened at about 8 mins 30 secs he said about 4 of the biggest shareholders put up the monies to get the legal actions in gear for all of the shareholders to prosecute the Short perps using ILLEGAL tactics, I think there are at least a few shareholders I know here with very large numbers of shares who could undertake the same for LWLG
Walter I love you man but nothing illegal about short selling a $700 million tech company with no earnings and poor communication skills to its shareholders.
Check the failure to deliver for end of last month during the sell-off. There was next to NON.
The stock is not being naked short sold. It's being short sold. By who? No idea and I don't care.
Lebby has been a part of this for 8 years now - it's time to deliver. If he does we are good. If he can't short sellers have a right to try to end this experiment.
Thanks Walter. I told Lebby before in public that it is his fiduciary responsibility to protect his shareholders from these illegal naked shorting practices. It’s also his operational responsibility to make sure the companies ability and capability of funding are not compromised. Shorting is of course impairing this capability. I am happy to see that these practices are getting the broad shareholder and victimised companies attention they deserve. Criminal prosecution of the executive officers could indeed change these practices for ever.
Thank you for sharing this video and the one prior to this one. My big takeaway is a comment from the guest near the end of the video when he said that any person/entity that is essentially creating shares beyond what the company has already authorized is not creating a fair market for a stock. Companies should be the one in control of how many shares they issue, yet it seems that that's not always the case.
