So he's responsible for what was included in the manuscript and what omission occurred (like the FDA partial trial hold). The dubious external comparator selection, the statistical manipulation of the nOS endpoint, the omission of the fact the rOS endpoint was a post hoc, data dredged endpoint, among other issues.
