It would be far easier to find docs who have prostituted themselves for money. It's become so overt today, you have to be very sheltered, or just have your head in the sand. No worries, you have lots of company. Just not in this space though, the field isn't big enough. There's always some outliers, such as ego, narcissists, pay-for-play etc..

In a journal as prestigious as jama? Why didn’t they submit their editorial to jama? Oh wait, they did and it was rejected. Why did they not disclose their COI with a chief competitor? Speaking of which, who pays your bills?

Part of the peer review process is to challenge parts of the trial. And let’s be clear, they are specifically challenging the use of external controls… the number of clinicians who support DCV is in the hundreds… 10 v 100… and all 10 dissenters are linked to NVCR which would get hit quite a bit if DCV is approved

But yet, ten well-qualified neuro-oncologists challenged the validity of the NWBO P3 trial. Not often that multiple articles/comments are posted questioning the validity of the trial conclusions. Are both now part of the searchable history of the NWBO publication history so any clinician can read the challenges when they search this study.
