I mean, in order for them or anyone to get scammed... someone would have to make or lose money... neither one of the management...Cecilia or Higley converted one Class C share to common.. not one sold to the market as of this quarterly that was just filed.

In order for VTXB to give up that contract, Cecilia would have to relinquish all her Class C shares back to the company that she never did anything with for 5 years. Very odd exchange. I wish you well in your endeavor with PAS if this is all true.
