Possibly, but look at the last AGM. In virtually all the votes (I think except 1 or 2) the Abstain was more than Yes. And let's not forget someone had to vote Abstain and not simply skip the vote.
No Baker Bros now either. Maybe they have been replaced by someone who favors current management, but who knows. Guess we have to wait and see. They could save us from another binary event but agreeing to let Denner have a few seats.
