Another beside the point, BIEL has failed to find distributors to successfully market this junk device. WHY! Because the device is useless and not consumer friendly for #1. #2 BIEL doesn't have the money to back up inventory. What distributor want's to put money up front and then sit and wait weeks or months to receive the product.

This junk 4 person company's done, SIMPLE!

Maybe I do, because it definitely IS a small concession since they are getting stock for their loans at 50% off. GEEZ, why is that hard to understand. And if you have seen the financials, please tell me WHERE they are going to get the money to pay their interest. Not from their cash reserves or sales!! So maybe, due to company lack of funds, they have no choice but to forego interest. But it does sound better to say they are graciously and generously foregoing interest, than to say there is no money to pay the interest due them --- doesn't it?
