I think NWBO uses monks. Their scanning rate is a tad slower.

I expect that they don’t just dumbly scan. They scan and review. Review is done by people with expertise and familiarity, who are likely very costly and limited in number. The job is to deliver a package, with a million or more pages, with zero errors. It’s a huge legal and medical task.
