The Universal Proxy card will have two slates. Think of it like a Republican or a Democrat ticket on one card. The new UPC rules allow voters to vote "straight" Tickets or to mix and match. Keep in mind if you vote mix and match the possibility of a hybrid selection is increased. This could dilute the board and stalemate any changes.
