Do you have a choice of which two current BOD members should be voted against, to be replaced by Denner and one of his choices? I had noted earlier that Denner, like Peltz with DIS, needs only one vote as a BOD member to get his ideas discussed.
I agree with you that a replacement of all current BOD members would not be a wise move.
