Completely redoing the protocol, endpoints, comparator and SAP POST HOC is what happened. All of the trial activity was complete and then they changed it all --POST HOC.
The SAP posted with the JAMA Oncology publication was data 02/02/2021. The trial datalock was declared 10/5/2020, that's four months after all the data was completed. That is post hoc.
