there is no lawsuit against JPM for willful misconduct... all of that "stuff", plus action against the FDIC was negotiated "away" when they settled the GSA... even Rosen said that the Litigating Trust failed to pursue action against JPM, because JPM initiated a 27 billion dollar countersuit if WMI went to court seeking penalties...anyway, yje settlement of these issues were completed by all parties , and actually, JPM got an addition 600 million IN SETTLEMENT FROM WMI....here is the key part of the GSA... in return for releasing each claims each held against the participating parties, WMI settled the GSA for a net return for 6.5 billion dollars of Wmi assets....so, what happened?... JPM got released for willful misconduct, and paid their share of the 13 billion dollars against the banks for illegal activities for the 2008 financial crisis...JPM invested and lost billions of money they got from assets of WMI in 'THE LONDON WHALE FIASCO"...The FDIC kept WMI assets to cover the 16 billion dollar hole left in WAMU balance sheet because of the Receivership, which they will keep until every penny is paid back from performing loans...and WMI settled all claims against them for 6.5 billion dollars to pay off creditors to end the chapter 11 bk...end of story, 11 years ago....Lodas
