These could have come from either newly issued shares initiated from the company, or from converted notes.

Either way, as soon as the recipient receives them they are sold on the open market.

Dilution, oh my.

Yet the MM;s are the ones selling, or is it the company, or is it the toxic debtors, or..?

Too funny. The sky must be falling. Only day traders complain about dilution and then also in the same breathe complain about market cap value. Wow and like clock work, there it is with no surprise.

Real traders buy on the lows and sell on the highs to make coin.

Entertainment value could be an asset.
