I think you misunderstood.

You, Janice, and others on here and on the DD board are smart folks and you've been giving his initial Form 10-12g a careful look, along with other corporate docs. If you find a problem, are you saying he shouldn't be open to fixing it? My understanding is that he is open to comments from any source, so long as they are on target.

Sorry for evidently phrasing this in a confusing manner. Rereading what I wrote I can see how you got the wrong impression. I should have said that he seem open to comments from IHUB (not "hoping for", as I said). I think I need to scrutinize every word I write around here a bit more carefully. Perhaps I'll pull my post in case others get confused as well.
